The postal tracking says the package was delivered but I didn’t receive that package?

When the package has been shipped and the postal tracking has delivered then the customer is responsible for the package.  The postal tracking is the only verification we have of delivery.  Anyone could say they didn’t receive the package, therefore the student is responsible for the equipment and may be charged the maximum of $145 -$345 for the package.
